Decomposing Body Found In Virginia Vehicle: Prince William County Police A death investigation has been launched in Prince William County after a body was found inside a parked vehicle in Dumfries over the weekend.  Officers were called shortly before 2:15 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 3, to the 17100 block of Wayside Drive, where a Good Samaritan located the dead body in the area. A girl spotted a man later identified as Alfredo Cerroblanco looking through her bedroom window of the Maplewood Park Apartments in Manassas, at 9:50 p.m. on Sunday, June 2, police said.
