Woman's Morning Commute Interrupted By Unexpected Flash In Virginia: Police A morning drive took a disturbing turn for a 23-year-old woman in Virginia after she witnessed an indecent act by an unknown man in an otherwise quiet neighborhood on Wednesday, police said. 'Endangered' Teen Reported Missing For Days In Virginia Recognize him?  The Prince William County Police Department has issued an alert to the community as they attempt to track down a 17-year-old who has been missing for days out of Woodbridge. An alert was issued by the agency regarding Phoenix Marsalis Lewis, who was reported missing on Wednesday, Sept. 25 and is considered an endangered juvenile, according to police.
