Shortly after 2:15 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 1, officers were called to the 17000 block of Richmond Highway in Dumfries where there was a reported sexual assault involving two men. Police say that a 45-year-old man was asleep in a parked van when the unknown suspect entered the vehicle without permission, sexually assaulted him, and then fled in a dark-colored sedan. Man Passed Out At The Wheel Drove Onto Stafford County Property: Sheriff (Developing) A man who was found asleep at the wheel in Stafford County drove onto a property in Argyle Heights on Thursday afternoon after refusing deputies' commands, according to the sheriff's office. At around 3:15 p.m. on July 18, deputies were called to investigate a reported unknown medical emergency, and upon arrival, found a man passed out behind the wheel.
