An instructional assistant at a Virginia high school was arrested after allegedly touching himself inappropriately in a classroom, police say. Great Falls resident David Scalea, 40, who worked as a Langley High School Instructional Assistant has been placed on leave and is behind bars after a student caught him in the act, according to investigators.
