Celebration Of Life Scheduled For One Direction's Liam Payne In Virginia Fans of One Direction have set up a "celebration of life" event for Liam Payne that will be held in Virginia following his unexpected death. Beginning at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 27, there will be a memorial for the popular singer at Old Mill Park in the 2200 block of Caroline Street in Fredericksburg. Crash Into Home, Medical Emergency Caused Fatal Incident In Fairfax County: Police A 69-year-old man who suffered a medical emergency before a fatal crash in Fairfax County succumbed from his injuries at an area hospital, authorities announced on Monday. Alexandria resident Ellsworth Jackson, Jr. has been identified by police as the person who died at the hospital more than a week after a single-vehicle crash into a Newington home last month.
