A 29-year-old DUI driver is facing charges after he assaulted people trying to help him in a crash on Interstate 95, authorities said. Kevin J. Authorities in Virginia are searching for a 3-year-old girl who they say may be at risk. Samalea Monet Daniels was last seen at her grandmother's house on Friday, July 14, on Stonington Court in Virginia Beach, State Police said. The child is believed to be with Tianna Mila Daniels, 29. The three-vehicle crash happened just after 4:40 a.m. in the northbound lanes at mile marker 136 in Stafford County, Virginia State police said.
