SUV Flips Multiple Times In Crash With Stafford Drunk Driver An assault suspect was arrested while drunk driving in Stafford County, police said.  At around 3 p.m. on September 7, 30-year-old Tyreke Ellis was reported to be driving a gray Acura near Hospital Center Boulevard, drunk and allegedly armed, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office. Officers attempted to stop Ellis and observed him driving without a seatbelt on and holding his phone in his hand, authorities reported.
