Major Crash Delays Traffic On I-95 A major crash had traffic at a standstill during morning rush hour on I-95 in Prince William County Monday, Nov. 27. It happened in the southbound lanes near milepost 157.3 in Potomac Mills. As of 9:10 a.m., the south left lane, center lane, and exit ramp were closed. Traffic backups were approximately 2 miles.

VA Man ID'd As Victim Killed In I-78 Crash A 22-year-old Virginia man was killed in a tractor-trailer crash on a Pennsylvania highway over the weekend, authorities said. Evan Dennison, of Berryville, was driving a vehicle that struck the back of a tractor-trailer on Interstate 78 in Weisenberg Township, on Sunday, July 23, Lehigh County Coroner Daniel Buglio said. Dennison was pronounced dead at the scene, at 2:53 p.m. All westbound lanes were closed for several hours. Pennsylvania State Police were investigating.
