Teen Responsible For 9 Smash-And-Grab Fairfax County Burglaries: Police Authorities in Fairfax County say a teenager is behind a slew of smash-and-grab burglaries over the past several weeks. And investigators caught him thanks to a keen-eyed employee, police noted.  Juan Mancia Ramirez, 19, of Annandale, faces several burglary, destruction of property, and theft charges stemming from nine break-ins in Fairfax County that began last month, Fairfax County police said.  Investigators said Mancia Ramirez smashed in the glass doors to the businesses, climbed through and stole cash, and then pedaled away on his bicycle. Would-Be Thieves Leave Stolen TV, Their Cell Phone At Stafford Crime Scene: Police These thieves' eyes were bigger than their trunk.  The ordeal began Thursday night just before 8 p.m. at a Walmart in Stafford. Two men stole a 65-inch television but ran into trouble when the oversized television wouldn't fit into their car, the Stafford County Sheriff's Office said. As they struggled to get it in their Honda CRV, several people confronted them in the parking lot. So, they decided to ditch the TV and drive off, authorities said.
