Stafford Man Stabs Victim In Chest, Leg: Sheriff A 38-year-old man was arrested in a stabbing last week in Stafford, authorities said. Thomas Soden is believed to have stabbed the victim near Naomi Road and Cobb Street Friday morning, Aug. 18, Stafford County Sheriff David Decatur said. The adult male victim was transported to the hospital with what was thought to be life-threatening injuries. The victim was treated at the hospital for stab wounds to his chest and leg.
