DUI Driver Found Cuddled Up With Grey Goose Bottle By Stafford Deputies, Sheriff Says A sleepy DUI suspect who cozied up with a bottle of Grey Goose after putting on a show outside a Stafford County business got more than he bargained for after challenging deputies, according to the sheriff's office. Stafford resident Nilson Garay Orellana was arrested on Sunday night after exposing himself, allegedly driving drunk, then taking a nap in the front seat of his vehicle.  At around 9:30 p.m. on July 21, members of the Stafford County Sheriff's Office were called to the 610 Mart and Tobacco at 395 Garrisonville Road to investigate a reported drunk driving complaint. …

Deputies were called at around 12:15 a.m. on July 21 to the intersection of Warrenton Road and Village Parkway, where there reports of shots fired with a vehicle struck at least twice.
