Buddy Fills In For Driver With Revoked License Tracked Down By K9 After Stafford Crash: Sheriff A 29-year-old man who crashed his car on a revoked license and tried to flee the scene was tracked down by a police K-9 and arrested — that guy too, police in Stafford said. It began around 11:10 a.m. Wednesday, March 27, when Michael Shelton struck another vehicle on Richmond Highway near Upton Lane, Sheriff David Decatur said.
