Officers were called to the 4500 block of Roundhill Road in Rose Hill late last month after a suspect forced entry into a van and stole multiple power tools, according to the Fairfax County Police Department. A witness saw the suspect pulling tools from the van and snapped photos of both the man and the vehicle before police arrived, officers said.
