Stranger Stabbed Woodbridge Man Without Saying A Word: Police A man told police that a stranger approached him over the weekend and stabbed him for no reason.  The 38-year-old Woodbridge man told Prince William County police that he was in the Potomac Mills Road area on Saturday afternoon when a stranger approached him, pulled out a knife, and started attacking him.
