A 24-year-old man has been arrested after police say he held a 59-year-old business employee captive and raped her, and sexually assaulted a 20-year-old college student in Virginia. In announcing the arrest of Kevin Lopez-Altan of Annandale, Fairfax County Police Chief Kevin Davis called him a "monstrous man" whose alleged crimes are "abhorrent." Two people have died in a stabbing-turned officer-involved shooting in Prince William County Tuesday, Feb. 13, authorities said. Police were called to a home on the 7000 block of Infantry Road in Manassas around 3:30 p.m., where two people had been stabbed, county police said. Officers opened fire, killing the knife-wielding man near the front entrance of the building, whose identity had not been released as of press time. Police have identified the 20-year-old sexual battery suspect captured in a string of sex attacks across Northern Virginia. Hien The Dienh, of Stafford, VA, was being held without bond on charges of sexual battery and abduction with intent to defile, Fairfax Police Chief Kevin Davis said. More charges are forthcoming. Loving mother and sister Vaneyene “Vonnie” Symathong of Alexandria died unexpectedly on Wednesday, May 31 at 47 years old.
