A Prince William man is wanted in connection with a road rage shooting that happened last week, authorities said. Meliodas Catori Okami Scindian, 21, is wanted for repeatedly shooting at someone inside a vehicle in Woodbridge on Friday, May 6, according to Prince William County Police.
