Teen Who Opened Fire On Female Passenger In Arlington Arrested, Others Sought: Cops An 18-year-old man who was one of four people who opened fire on a vehicle last week in Arlington has been arrested, while three others remain at large, police said. Darnell Moore, Jr., of Arlington, and three other individuals approached a vehicle at S. Kemper Road and S. Oxford Street and began firing at it around 1: p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 9, county police said. The female passenger and the vehicle were struck. The driver continued to the 4000 block of S. Kitchen Tool Was Weapon Of Choice For Arlington Woman: Cops A 57-year-old woman has been charged after wounding another female with a kitchen tool, police in Arlington said. Shavonne Duncan is believed to have hurt the victim, whom she knew, during an argument that escalated on the 2800 block of 9th Street S around 7:20 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 12, authorities said. Police said only that Duncan used a "sharp kitchen tool." Medics treated the victim on scene for non-life threatening injuries and she declined transport to the hospital.  Duncan was found on scene and arrested without incident, and charged with Malicious Wounding.
