Firefighters Injured Battling Blaze On Loudoun County Porch
Two firefighters suffered minor injuries battling a house fire on Thursday morning in Virginia, officials say. Loudoun County Fire and Rescue crews were called to a reported structure fire in the 200 block of Edwards Ferry Road NE in Leesburg at approximately 11 a.m. on July 11. Some travelers were left in a lurch at the Leesburg Executive Airport on Sunday morning when a fire left several planes damaged on the tarmac, officials say. A pedestrian was hospitalized overnight after being struck by a driver while he attempted to cross a busy Virginia intersection in Leesburg.
