Speeding Driver Convicted In Fatal Valentine's Day PWC Wreck A Prince William County jury found a speeding driver guilty for charges filed in a fatal Valentine's Day wreck in 2022. Marvin Anton Cabrera Martinez was convicted of one count of involuntary manslaughter, one count of reckless driving by speed, and one count of driving without an operator’s license last month, Commonwealth's Attorney Amy Ashworth said.
