Police say they've arrested a man who fired multiple shots at a car during a road rage incident last month. Meliodas Catori Okami Scindian, 21, of Woodbridge, faces multiple charges linked to the May 6 shooting in Woodbridge, Prince William County police said. A 47-year-old man told police that he got into an argument with another driver on Dale Boulevard near Neabsco Mills Road.
