Meltdown At Giant: Stafford Woman Arrested For Store Disturbance In May: Police Police have identified and arrested a woman who assaulted a Giant check-out clerk in Stafford, officials said. Jasmine Todd, 31, was arrested on July 10 for assault and battery and destruction of property, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office. On May 18, Todd got violently angry with a check-out clerk and threw merchandise at the individual when they asked for Todd's identification, police said.
