Apple Issues 'Update Now' Warning To iPhone, iPad Users Apple has just issued what it calls an urgent update for iPhone and iPad users that it says provides protection two critical security vulnerabilities related to exploits of user data while browsing on these devices. The download to iOS 18.1.1 fixes issues in JavaScriptCore and WebKit that could allow attackers to execute malicious code through crafted web content.  Apple says users should install the update promptly. Three From DC Busted With 'Magic Mushrooms' In Car Stolen From Baltimore: Calvert Sheriff Three men from Washington, DC were busted with a host of stolen items and “magic mushrooms” while rocking a ride reported stolen out of Baltimore in Calvert County, the sheriff’s office announced. Deputies from the Calvert County Sheriff’s Office were called into action at approximately 3:15 a.m. on Sunday, Aug. 6, when a local resident reported that he spotted a group of people attempting to break into his car before fleeing in a silver Acura.
