A 35-year-old man died at an area hospital days after crashing into a tree in Prince William County, authorities announced. Speed and possible impairment are believed to be a factor in a fatal crash that led to the death of Nokesville native Edward Wayne Mudd, Jr., who died from his injuries on Thursday, Nov. 30.
