Stafford County police observed the vehicle in the parking lot near the Burger King on Garrisonville Road on the afternoon of Thursday, March 16, after the vehicle was reported stolen over the weekend, according to officials.

A 55-year-old fugitive from Stafford was arrested on multiple charges, including battery and abduction, after fleeing the scene of a domestic assault, authorities said.
Chaos began when David Jackson assaulted a victim after an argument inside a home on the 2200 block of Garrisonville Road around 5:40 pm. on Friday, Oct. 21, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office.
