Would-Be Gun Store Robbers Wanted Following Failed Fairfax County Burglaries: Police A group targeting gun stores in Fairfax County is wanted following a multiple incidents at separate locations earlier this month. An alert was issued by police on Friday as they attempt to identify and locate those responsible for attempting - and failing - to get into the stores. Cedric Antonio Minger, 20, was arrested by the United States Department of Justice Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) at a home in Washington DC on Monday, May 22, county police said.
