Man Fatally Shot, Possibly By Brother, In Virginia Parking Garage: Police A 37-year-old man was shot and killed in a Fairfax County parking garage — possibly by his own brother police said. The incident happened on the top floor of a parking garage at the Ovation at Arrowbrook apartment complex in Herndon, around 11 p.m. Thursday, July 6, Fairfax County police said.
