Virginia Woman Killed After Running Red Light: State Police A Virginia woman is dead following a two-vehicle crash in Rockingham County that occurred when she allegedly ran a red light and collided with a pickup truck, authorities said. Brandi R. Morris, 47, of Elkton, heading east in a 2006 Honda Civic eastbound on Route 33 when she failed to stop at a red light at Rockingham Pike and collided with a 2011 Ford F-150 on Thursday, Jan 23, around 8:20 p.m., Virginia State Police said.
