It took investigators just seconds to track down a Peeping Tom in Virginia who was caught in the act thanks to an assist from an eye in the sky. Shortly after 12:15 p.m. on Friday, March 13, officers from the Fairfax County Police Department were called to an apartment complex in the 12000 block of Waterside View Drive in Reston when a woman reported a man peering through her bedroom window.
