A Virginia man went off the rails, accusing his travel companion of stealing from him before attacking him with a wooden slat in the middle of the road, authorities said. A man is in custody after being stopped for passing a school bus loading children, only to be found with an active warrant and drug paraphernalia in his vehicle around children, according to Prince William County Police. A 42-year-old man was arrested after crashing a pickup stolen from a nearby medical center in a river Wednesday, April 10.
