Officers were called on Saturday, Oct. 19 to a neighborhood in Manassas when the man and other family members were walking their dogs and were accosted by a pit bull that broke free from a nearby home. The incident was reported at around 10:45 a.m. in the 10700 block of Balls Ford Road.
