Tips Sought In Deadly Virginia Bicycle Crash With Dodge Ram Virginia State Police are seeking information in a fatal bicycle crash. Matthew M. Settle, 66, of. Strasburg, was killed in the collision involving a 1999 Dodge Ram in Shenandoah County, authorities said. It happened around 3:20 p.m. on the 2200 block on Junction Road Sunday, March 24, police said. The driver of the Dodge, Noah, B. Clem, 19, of Strasburg, and an adult passenger were not injured in the crash. Both were wearing seatbelts. Anyone with information is encouraged to call Virginia State Trooper A.
