A 27-year-old Loudoun County man is in custody after police said he exposed himself and then became combative with an officer.
Ariel E. Carrasco Inestroza, 27, of Leesburg, was exposing himself Friday morning, April 5 just before 9:20 a.m. on the unit block of Heritage Way NE, Leesburg, authorities said.
"Upon officers encountering Carrasco Inestroza, he became combative and assaulted an officer," police said. "The officer sustained minor injuries."

A Leesburg woman has been arrested after police say she lunged at an officer and a civilian with a sword.
Alexandra Hopkins, 35, was being served a warrant on the 800 block of Edwards Ferry Road, NE, when she swung a sword at one of the officers and fled into a home, police said.

A man who tried to burglarize a Stafford business was arrested in the same clothes he wore to the scene, police said.
Surveillance footage showed a man alter identified as Saddam Rafat, 23, trying to open the door of Neighbor Mart on 2983 Richmond Highway, around 12:20 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 7, Stafford County Sheriff David Decatur said.
When Rafat couldn't open the doors himself, he ran into them and kicked them, damaging the doors beyond repair.

An Ashburn man was arrested after he assaulted two officers when they confronted him about shoplifting, police said.
On July 26 at around 1 p.m., Sady Ashkar, 32, was approached by officers at the Sterling Costco in the 21300 block of Pride Cascades Plaza, as he was in the process of shoplifting, according to Loudoun County Police.
When deputies attempted to detain Ashkar, he resisted the arrest and assaulted two officers, officials said.
