Wilver Adoniz Navarro Aguilero, of Manassas, is believed to have sexually assaulted an acquaintance, under the age of 18 years old, on multiple occasions between Nov. 1 and Dec. 14 this year, Prince William county police said.
Officers responded to the 8100 block of Community Drive where they saw family members confronting Aguilero, and determined the encounter was verbal only before detaining Aguilero without incident.
Aguilero was charged with two counts of carnal knowledge of a child.
