Dorell Montea Farmer, 25, is wanted for malicious wounding, assault and battery, as well as destruction of property following the violent encounters in Woodbridge and along Richmond Highway on Wednesday, Feb. 26, according to Prince William County Police.
The drama unfolded around 10:30 a.m. when a tow truck operator was in the process of repossessing a vehicle in the 16600 block of River Ridge Boulevard.
That’s when Farmer, the vehicle’s owner, allegedly confronted the operator, struck him, and even bit him before taking off, police said.
But Farmer wasn’t finished.
Later that morning, he tracked down the same tow truck driver in the 13600 block of Richmond Highway. and punched him in the face, shattering his glasses, according to authorities.
Farmer fled again before officers arrived. The victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries in both assaults.
Police have been unable to locate Farmer and have issued warrants for his arrest.
He is described as a 6-foot-tall, 160-pound man with short black hair and brown eyes.
