Gabriel Rivera was arguing with a woman in a home on Corbin Court in Woodbridge when he grabbed her neck and threatened her with a knife around 3 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 18, Prince William County police said.
He threw her to the ground and kicked her, then left the home and called her threatening to burn the house down, police said.
The victim reported minor injuries. An arrest warrant was issued of Rivera on charges of strangulation, threats to burn, and domestic assault and battery.
