Jonathan Larry Ellington, 50, of Manassas, was arrested in connection with an Oct. 3 incident at a smoke shop, county police said.
Ellington was accompanied by an unidentified man in burglarizing Tobacco King on Old Bridge Road, police said. Together, they took merchandise and left the area in a silver Chevrolet Impala. Multiple glass smoking devices, numerous vapes, and several tobacco products were reported missing.
Ellington was charged with burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary, grand larceny, and larceny with intent to sell.
