Overturned Truck, Debris Spill Causes Delays On I-95 In Virginia Traffic was tied up on Tuesday when an overturned dump truck spilled debris on I-95 in Spotsylvania, according to the Virginia DOT.  An alert was issued by VDOT Fredericksburg at around 10:30 a.m. on Sept. 3 advising that some southbound lanes of the interstate were blocked by a crash in the area of exit 130/Route 3, leading to delays. The southbound local lanes exit from the 95 Express Lanes is closed following the earlier crash. Crash Investigation Delays Traffic On I-95 In Prince William County A crash investigation on I-95 caused several miles of delays on Sunday, May 26 in Prince William County. The accident happened on the southbound side over the Occoquan River. As of 5 p.m., 2.5 miles of delays were being reported by the VDOT. The south left shoulder, left lane, and left center lane were closed. The south exit ramp narrows.
