Man Accused Of Setting Incendiary Blaze In Vacant Virginia Structure: Fire Marshal A man who allegedly set an incendiary fire in Loudoun County earlier this year has been arrested following a months-long investigation, according to the sheriff's office. Francisco Juarez was arrested on Tuesday in connection to a fire that was allegedly intentionally site in February in the 30 block of Sycolin Road in Leesburg, authorities announced.
