Desperate, Reckless, Wrong-Way Driver Sentenced For Chase From Loudoun To Fairfax County A Leesburg man who was super-powered by methamphetamine during a wild police chase that spanned more than 30 minutes through multiple counties was given a sentence above the state's guidelines, authorities announced.
