Woodbridge Jhalil Malik Hardin, 24, was arrested on Oct. 24 following a months-long probe into an alleged incident involving a 26-year-old woman in July. Police say on Wednesday, July 24, Hardin sexually assaulted his victim, and grabbed her neck while doing so. When the woman attempted to leave, it is alleged that he refused to let her and prevented her from getting out of the residence.
