Woodbridge resident Dillon Grier Harlow has been identified by investigators from the Prince William County Police Department as the driver who was killed in a crash shortly after 8:40 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 15 in the area of Dale Boulevard near Kirkdale Drive. Driver Charged For Crash In Chantilly That Left Two Dead, Two Hospitalized: Sheriff (Updated) A late-night crash in Chantilly left two men dead and two others injured when a car collided with a tree and rolled over, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office. The fatal single-vehicle accident was reported around 12:30 a.m. Friday, Nov. 22, at the intersection of Loudoun County Parkway and Tall Cedars Parkway. Investigators say a 2023 Ford Mustang was traveling east when it veered off the roadway, struck a tree, and overturned.
