Some motorists were held up for several miles on I-95 on Wednesday afternoon in Virginia due to a disabled vehicle. A vehicle fire had I-81 completely shut in Frederick County, VA Wednesday morning, June 12. All northbound lanes were closed as of 11:30 a.m., with traffic backups six miles long, the VDOT said.
