Travis Ward, 38, of Spotsylvania, was in North Stafford, driving a red Pontiac G6 despite having no license and multiple active warrants in Stafford, Spotsylvania, and Fairfax counties, leading to his demise, according to the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office.
