Hair-Pulling Man Charged With Abducting Woman During Domestic Dispute In Virginia: Police
A man who pulled his victim out of a vehicle by her hair and continued to assault her while dragging her around a Prince William County property has been apprehended, police say. Franklin Chafic Suncin Sosa, 47, who has no fixed address, is facing abduction and other charges following a violent incident that played out over the weekend in Catharpin.
