Twisted Night: Teen Driver Found With Open Cans Of Booze, Vodka At Virginia Wawa: Sheriff A Stafford County Wawa turned into the scene of a twisted situation early on Sunday morning when deputies arrested an intoxicated teen driver and his friends, authorities said. Deputies were called shortly before 3 a.m. on Dec. 29 to the Wawa on South Gateway Drive for a disturbance involving four individuals staff said appeared drunk.  As they responded, deputies were told the driver was trying to leave. Teen Questioned What Designated Driver Was After DUI Crash In Virginia, Sheriff Says A teenager who didn't understand the concept of "designated driver" was busted over the weekend after crashing into a ditch after a birthday party, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office. On Saturday night, a deputy on patrol in the area of Brooke Road and Caroway Drive made a curious discovery when he came upon a Kia that was stuck in a ditch.
