Shots Fired Call Leads To Arrest Of Intoxicated Man Threatening Deputies In Virginia: Sheriff A well-armed Stafford County man was arrested over the weekend after threatening to shoot police while armed with riles in the presence of a child, authorities say. Deputies responded to a report of shots fired at an apartment on Cynthias Place around 8:20 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 27, with callers reporting hearing "really fast" gunshots coming from one unit, according to the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office.
