Wrong-Way Driver Nearly 2X Legal Limit Hits 2 Cars In Virginia, Police Say A 26-year-old woman was nearly twice the legal limit when she struck a car and was caught driving the wrong way in Virginia, police said. Raechel Chittum was spotted going the wrong way down the 900 block of Princess Anne Street, a one-way street, by a Fredericksburg police officer on Saturday, June 1, the department said in a release.
