Teenager Attempted To Abduct, Defile 21-Year-Old Woman In Prince William County, Police Say An underage suspect is facing serious charges after being thwarted while attempting to abduct a woman on Sunday afternoon in Woodbridge, police say. A 16-year-old was taken into custody shortly after noon on Nov. 10 in the area of Blackburn Road and Delaware Drive following an investigation into an abduction and assault in the area.
