Motorcyclist Killed After Going Off-Road, Striking Guardrail: Virginia State Police Speed may have been a factor in a motorcycle crash that resulted in a 25-year-old man's death in Fairfax County, according to Virginia State Police. Centreville resident Juan Rossi, Jr. has been identified as the rider who was killed earlier this week after losing control and crashing his bike. Police say that Rossi was riding at around 10:20 a.m. on Monday, June 17 when he was riding a 2017 Yamaha YZF north on the Route 28 ramp heading toward Interstate 66 when he ran off the road and struck a guardrail.
