Car Wash Employee Killed, Two Others Injured In Fairfax Coutny Crash, Police Say A 62-year-old woman was killed following a reported crash at a car wash in Fairfax County on Saturday, police say. Fairfax resident Martha Clemencia Nguyen has been identified by police as the person who died at an area hospital after a driver struck a group of employees in the parking lot of the Flagship Carwash in the 10800 block of Fairfax Boulevard. Drunken Man Looking For Fights On Bus, Aggressive Thief Arrested In Fairfax, Cops Say Fairfax City police have announced the arrests of two people. Luis Hernandez, 26, and Youthana Inthirath, 54, were both arrested on June 10, police said. Hernandez allegedly swiped multiple items from CVS when he was confronted by an employee at the Fairfax Boulevard store, police said. Hernandez punched the employee multiple times, caused extensive damage to the store, and fled with stolen items, according to police.
